3D Plastic Printing

3D printing of plastic parts for prototypes and small batch production

Capabilities

PLA, PETG, ABS
Nylon, TPU
Functional prototypes
Small batch production
Precision ±0.2mm

3D plastic printing is one of the fastest ways to turn a digital design into a physical part. At LASKOR, we offer FDM and other polymer printing technologies to produce prototypes, functional components, and small production batches quickly and affordably.

Material Selection

We print in a wide variety of engineering thermoplastics, including PLA, PETG, ABS, nylon, and flexible TPU. Each material brings different properties — from the rigidity and temperature resistance of ABS to the elasticity of TPU. We will recommend the best material based on your part’s mechanical, thermal, and environmental requirements.

Rapid Prototyping

Need to verify a design before investing in injection molding tooling? 3D printing lets you hold a physical part in your hands within days, not weeks. Iterate quickly, test fit and function, and refine your design with minimal cost at each stage. This accelerates product development and reduces the risk of costly mistakes downstream.

Small Batch Production

For quantities where injection molding is not yet economical, 3D printing fills the gap. We produce small runs of end-use parts with consistent quality and dimensional accuracy of ±0.2 mm. Fixtures, jigs, enclosures, and custom components are common applications where printed plastics deliver real value.

Integration with Other Services

Plastic 3D printing works hand in hand with our other capabilities. Print a prototype, validate it, then produce the final version in metal via CNC machining or 3D metal printing. Or combine printed plastic housings with laser-cut metal brackets for a complete assembly — all from a single supplier.
