Send us your 3D model or technical drawing and we will take care of the rest. Our programmers select optimal tooling and machining strategies to balance precision, surface finish, and production efficiency. We are happy to advise on material choices, design for manufacturability, and cost optimization.
Complementary Services
CNC machining pairs naturally with our other capabilities. A laser-cut blank can be finish-machined to tight tolerances; a 3D-printed prototype can be validated and then reproduced in metal on our CNC equipment. This integrated approach shortens development cycles and gives you a single point of contact for the entire manufacturing process.
Quality Assurance
Every machined part is inspected against the drawing requirements. We use calibrated measuring instruments and document results so you can be confident that delivered parts conform to specification. For critical dimensions, we provide measurement reports on request.
