CNC Machining

We machine precise metal and plastic parts on a 3-axis CNC mill with a cast-iron frame. The rigid build keeps cuts stable and results repeatable, from single parts to small batches.

What We Machine

We cover milling, drilling, and threading, including complex 3D surfaces and precise contours. On suitable parts we hold tolerances down to ±0.05 mm. The working area is 300 x 400 mm.

Materials

We machine structural and stainless steels, aluminum and titanium alloys, brass, bronze, and engineering plastics such as POM, PA, PEEK, and PTFE. We match tooling and cutting parameters to each material.

From Enquiry to Part

Send us a drawing or 3D model (STEP, IGES, DXF) and we will prepare a quote. We produce prototypes, one-off parts, and small batches. Every part is measured and checked against the drawing before it ships.
