Laser Cutting
Laser cutting of metals and non-metals, up to 600 mm wide and unlimited length
Capabilities
We laser-cut both metals and non-metal materials. Metals are cut on a fiber laser, non-metals such as acrylic and wood on a CO2 laser. Both leave clean edges that usually need no further finishing.
Cutting Metals
On the fiber laser we cut carbon and galvanized steel up to 10 mm, stainless steel up to 5 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm, brass up to 3 mm, titanium up to 5 mm, and nickel alloys, holding a precision of ±0.1 mm. It also handles reflective materials such as brass.
Cutting Non-Metals
On the CO2 laser we cut acrylic up to 25 mm, wood and plywood up to 20 mm, plus MDF, leather, paper, cardboard, textile, and felt. The CO2 laser does not cut bare metal.
Size and Format
The maximum material width is 600 mm. With continuous conveyor feeding, the length is unlimited, so we can handle long parts and batch production.
From File to Finished Part
SVG works best for us, but we also accept DXF, DWG, STEP, and others. Send us your file and we will prepare a quote. We cut single parts and series, from nesting layout to final inspection.
